About Us

Complete Customized Care was founded in 2009 by myself, Chanell Hayes, who had a vision of creating a customized, compassionate care service that would meet an individuals needs while treating them with respect, dignity, and first-rate care.

Since 2006 I have dealt with four different care giving agencies for my loved one. While doing so I realized that there is a great need for customized care programs. Particularly providing services to those clients that are not yet ready for senior or nursing home facilities. These clients are high-functioning individuals and prefer their home or a home-like setting, they desire a very personal care program. We at Complete Customized Care meet that need.

Our caregivers are experienced, educated, and committed to ensuring a high-quality of life for all of our cherished clients. That said, we are always looking for people of excellence to join the Complete Customized Care Team. Please contact us if you would like to become part of our care staff.

    My personal caregiving experience dates back over 20 years. Most of that experience has been in caring directly for family members. At a very young age I was caring for my grandmother who suffered from dementia and alzheimer's.   We were fortunate enough to be able keep her home until the end. Over the last 8 years I have been caring for my other grandmother who also suffered from dementia as well as breast cancer and my grandfather who had prostate cancer. They both lived long  lives to the ages of 83 and 88 recently passing within a year and a half of each other. I know in my heart that they lasted as long as they did because they were still at home.

    I am a graduate of Cornerstone University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.  I am currently enrolled at Kaplan University for my Masters in Business Administration Degree, specializing in Health Care Management. I have been sucessfully in business for myself for over ten years.

    My staff is hand picked, I have been a care giver and therefore am very passionate about this business and providing clients excellent care. My staff all share a common thread of providing our clients care with compassion, dignity and respect.
