Complete Customized Care was created to meet the needs of high functioning individuals with deficiencies/disabilities seeking a complete customized care program. Just as every individual is unique their specific needs can not always be met in an out of the box type of care program. Our flexibility is key to our success. We are an assisted/semi-independent living/care giving program designed to meet the needs of each individual client. Families in need of services are referred by social agencies, home health organizations, hospital discharge planners, and churches.
Under our program individuals lead an independent lifestyle that requires minimal to mid level assistance. Quality of life is very important to us; we provide outstanding care for all individuals regardless of age or medical conditions. Our experienced caregivers provide a wealth of services and are extremely compassionate. Not only do we foster a support system for the client we also support their family and friends as well.
Our goal is to educate families, giving them the tools they need to provide the proper level of care for their loved ones. We can provide assessments and care plans, as well. Complete Customized Care, provides assisted daily living (ADL) as well as instrumental (ADL) home health care services, such as bathing, grooming, medication dispensing and monitoring, housekeeping, transportation, quality of life services, and companionship.
